This app is not meant to be a giant reference file. It is meant to walk you through what to do next, one step at a time.

Your lane: You are building proof that you can turn branch-level problems into useful AI-assisted workflows.

What this helps you do

For Purvis

Prepare a corporate-ready pitch, demo, portfolio, and 90-day pilot proposal.

For outside consulting

Turn your workflow ideas into a simple service offer that small businesses can understand.

Your next three moves

Pick the flagship demo.
Recommended: Branch Performance Tracker.
Build a simple proof folder.
Screenshots, short videos, sample PDFs, and before/after examples.
Create the corporate slide deck.
Short, visual, business-focused, not overly technical.

Guided Path

Follow these in order. Each step explains what it means, why it matters, and what to do next.

Portfolio Builder

Corporate and outside clients both need proof. Your portfolio should make the work easy to understand.

Simple format: Problem → What I built → Why it matters → What I would improve next.

Purvis Pitch Builder

This is where you turn your work into a corporate conversation.

“I understand branch-level problems, and I can help turn AI into practical workflows that employees and managers actually use.”

Recommended deck

Keep it to 8–10 slides. Use screenshots more than paragraphs.

Learn the technical side

You do not need to become a full software engineer first. You need enough technical understanding to plan, test, spot bad logic, and explain what you need built.

Outside business path

The best outside lane is not generic AI consulting. It is workflow cleanup for businesses that still run on messy spreadsheets, paper forms, screenshots, emails, and memory.

Starter offer: “I’ll fix one annoying recurring workflow and turn it into a cleaner form, tracker, dashboard, report, or process guide.”

Phone setup

This version is mobile-first. It has bottom navigation, large buttons, bigger text, and PWA files so it can be saved like an app after it is hosted.

Important: Opening the HTML file directly on a phone may work for viewing, but “Add to Home Screen” works best after the files are hosted on a secure site like Cloudflare Pages.

Best setup path

Upload the folder to Cloudflare Pages.
Use the files from this ZIP: index.html, manifest.json, _redirects, _headers, and icons folder. This version intentionally does not use an active service worker because iPhone Home Screen apps can break when a cached service-worker response redirects.
Open the Cloudflare URL on your phone.
Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android.
Add to Home Screen.
iPhone: Share button → Add to Home Screen. Android: browser menu → Add to Home screen / Install app.
Use Export Backup after big edits.
Notes save on the device/browser, but backups protect you if browser data gets cleared.

Cloudflare Pages quick instructions

  1. Go to Cloudflare Pages.
  2. Create a new project.
  3. Choose direct upload if available.
  4. Upload the unzipped app folder.
  5. Deploy it.
  6. Open the provided URL on your phone.
  7. Add it to your Home Screen.
